Plan Limitations
- Procedures performed in our office are limited to those that our dentist feels comfortable performing. Some exclusions to our services may include oral surgery or procedures which should be completed by a specialist.
- The Smile Membership plan is not dental insurance. The member is responsible for the payment of their bill after discounts have been applied.
